Sultan Azlan Shah Airport, Ipoh
From a small Fokker airfield, the airport was expanded in the 1980s to accommodate jet aircraft operation. Located 6km away from the city, the airport is able to accommodate Boeing 737 aircraft.
In 2005, 74,451 passengers passed through the airport with 1,145 aircraft movements.
