MASB ensures all airports are managed efficiently, safely and securely, providing a smooth service for travellers. The airports' management complies with present standards as well as procedures, and consistently meets regulatory requirements.

Malaysia Airports (Niaga) Sdn Bhd (MAN) was incorporated in 1993 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad. Through its renowned brand Eraman, MAN started out with high-end fashion boutiques at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah International Airport in Subang and later expanded business in 1998 at KL International Airport (KLIA) when the airport opened.

Currently, MAN operates at five international airports: Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu, and Langkawi International Airport.

MAN aims to become Asia's top value-for-money duty-free travel retailer by offering an exciting retail experience for its customers.

Established in 1994, Malaysia Airports Consultancy Services Sdn. Bhd. (MACS) offers management, maintenance and technical services in airport operation, development and services. MACS have moved beyond Malaysia's borders, offering its expertise and services to international customers beyond the aviation and airport industry.

As a subsidiary of Malaysia Airports, MACS aims to be a leading professional service provider and cement its position as a fully-fledged global airport consulting arm.

KL Airports Hotel Sdn. Bhd.

KL Airport Hotel Sdn. Bhd. (KLAH), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MA (Properties), owns and operates Sama-Sama Hotel KL International Airport, a 5-star hotel at KLIA.

KLAH was incorporated on 16 January 1995 and is involved in all aspects of the hotel business.

MAB Agriculture-Horticulture Sdn. Bhd.

MAB Agriculture-Horticulture Sdn. Bhd. (MAAH) was incorporated in Malaysia on 25 August 1998. The principal activity of MAAH is the cultivation and management of the Group’s oil palm and coconut plantations. In addition, MAAH is also entrusted to undertake horticulture activities, mainly landscape services within the MAHB Group.

As part of landscape activities, MAAH also supplies landscape materials/products such as indoor plants to other subsidiaries.

KLIA Aeropolis Sdn. Bhd.

KLIA Aeropolis Sdn Bhd Reg. No. 201601041450 (1213392-H), a wholly owned subsidiary of MAHB, is principally involved in the KLIA Aeropolis project, a flagship off-airport and off-terminal real estate development within the 100-square kilometre of KLIA land in Sepang, Selangor that focuses on three (3) core clusters i.e. Aerospace & Aviation, Air Cargo & Logistics and MICE & Leisure.

ISG & SGC

ISTANBUL SABIHA GOKCEN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION INC. (ISG) & SGC AIRPORT OPERATIONS TRADE AND TOURISM INC (SGC).

ISG’s principle businesses are the operation, management, development and provision of airport related services of Istanbul Sabiha Gocken International Airport. The airport is owned 20% by MAHB, 40% owned by MA Cities and 40% owned by MA MSC. SGC’s provision of management services includes transportation, parking, food and beverages, cleaning at the airport, and construction of hotel and car park within the airport. It is also owned 20% by MAHB, 40% owned by MA Cities and 40% owned by MA MSC.

Malaysia Airports (Properties) Sdn. Bhd.

Malaysia Airports (Properties) Sdn. Bhd. (MA (Properties)), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, primarily handles non-passenger related services which involves property management and establishing fixed asset requirements.

Properties managed by MA (Properties) include the Southern Comfort Amenities and Facilities area near LCCT, Malaysia Airports Corporate Office and the Group's Staff Home Stay.
